Universal Locations was established in 1982 and we have been offering our extensive library of potential film sites to the film and television community. Centrally located in Burbank, California and just minutes from the Warner Brothers, Walt Disney , and Universal Studios production offices, Universal Locations was the first full service location agency to be owned an operated by licensed Real Estate Brokers and Sales Professionals with over 18 years of real estate sales, leasing, and management experience.
Throughout the years, Universal Locations has coordinated thousand of location rentals for all of the major studios. In January 1995, Universal Locations expanded our focus by exclusively representing and marketing specialized commercial properties, i.e. Lawry's California Center, Columbia West Hills Medical Center, The Subway Terminal Building, The Brandeis-Bardin Institute, The South Coast Air Quality Management District Building. In 1996, Universal Locations became members of the prestigious AICP (Association of Independent Commercial Producers), and we increased our commercial production client base by more that 65%.
Today, Universal Locations, Inc. represents over three thousand locations, and counting. Our client base is truly universal, ranging from feature film companies in Los Angeles, California to fashion photographers in London, England.
